We actively seek input and feedback from Rally clients, to make sure we are meeting their needs and making a difference, and creating the kind of service they want. We were delighted to discover in our 2008 client survey, that 86% Rally clients feel that coming to Rally has improved their health, and 85% feel it has helped them to increase in confidence. Several former Rally clients are now volunteering in other 58i projects, including roles as peer mentors within Aspire Mentoring, and supported volunteering roles in our charity shops as a first step back into the work place. |
