58i is a people-focussed charity and our greatest asset is those who deliver our projects day in and day out, the vast majority of whom (250 plus) are volunteers!

We draw volunteers from a wide variety of backgrounds from the world of business to some of our service users, from professionals to pensioners.  All are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals - as you will be able to see from some of our volunteer profiles below.

As a charity we're committed to best practice with our volunteers, which is why we have been awarded the Investing in Volunteers Standard. In practice it means we are committed to proper recruitment, training and support of those who corporately give us thousands of hours a year of their time.
